	William Dulas Will
			In the name of God amen
I William Dula of Wilkes County and State of North Carolina being of [???
health and of sound mind and memory do make and ordain this my last Will a[nd
Testament  to Wit.
	1st I recommend my Soul to god that give it and my body to the ground [to
be decently buried.    And as to the property it hath pleased God to Bless [me
with I hereby dispose of the same in the following manner subject to the ???[???
herein aafter mentioned.  viz.
Item	Is my will and desire that my Executors herein after appointed to a[???
they are hereby appointed trustees for the purposes herein after mentioned and they [???
hereby autherised after my decease to take into there possession as Trust for the [???
herein after mentioned all the land I purchased of Thomas Robbins that ??[???
on the north Side of the Yadkin River and a negroe man named Samuell and [???
negroe man named Jesse and four of the best Cows and three Calfes that shall
belong to my Stock and three of the best mare Horses after my decease And to
apply the profits and proceeds of the of unsaid land, negroes and Cattle and hors[es
to the uninterrupted use of my Wife Docia Dula (formerly Docia Beasley)
the daughter of James Beasley in such manner as the said Docia shall
??lentally direct without being any ways constrained by the will of any other
person or persons whatever.  and aforesaid trustees are hereby authorized an[d
directed to hold the aforesaid land negroes cattle & horses in there possession [???
Trust in Such manner that the same shall not be liable for the payment of a[ny
debt contracted by me or any other persons and shall in nowise be subject [???
be enjoyed or interrupted by a certain John McMullins or his heirs or ???[???
or any of his Ancestors or any other person or persons except the said Docia
Dula during her Natural life.
Item		And also all the house hold and Kitchen furniture thaat may be in
	my possession at the time of my desease to be held by my executor and ???[???
aforesaid for the use of my Said Wife Docia Dula in like manner
Item		I give and bequeath to my Siz Children toWit. Thomas Dula Eliza[beth
	Witherspoon Nancy Jones William Dula Milly Horton and Sally
Horton all the remaining part of my Estate of every Kind both real and per[s
onal not herein before mentioned to be equally divided amongst them at my death
except two hundred dollars which my daughter Nancy Jones hath received al[re
ady of my estate more than the other children above mentioned therefore in the
division of that part of my estate last mentioned said Nancy Jones is to have
twoo hundred dollars less than each of the other children that said Docia Du[la
had  And after the decease of said Docia Dula the land and other prope[rty
left in Trust as aforesaid are also to be equally divided amongst my Six
Children aforesaid   And lastley I hereby appoint my two Sons above
mentioned Thomas Dula and William Dula Executors of my last
Will and Testament and to act as Trustees as herein before mentioned
In witness whereof I the said William Dula hereto Set my han[d
and Seal this 9th day of December AD 1817
