George Grays Will In the name of God Amen I Geo Gray of the County of Wilkes and State of North Caroina being of sound mind and memory thank be God for the same do make and ordain this my last will and Testament in manner and form following ToWit. 1st I recommend my soul to God who fave it & my body To be buried in decent Christian burial by executor to be hereafter appointed 2nd I will that all my just debts be paid by my executor if there should be any and all my debts due to me by book accounts or by note to be collected & the money paid to my wife Sally Gray for her use during her natural life if she should be living, if not living for it to be paid to my daughter Lemirah Sale 3rd I give & bequeath to my beloved wife Sally Gray all my LLand and tennements that I am in possession of during life and at her death for it all to belong to Lemirah Sale and her bodily heirs and no body else. I also give and bequeath to my beloved wife Sally Gray all my Household and Kitchen furniture of any kind during her life also I give and bequeath to my beloved wife Sally during her life all my Stock of every description ????? tools of every description during her life and at her death for it all & every thing to belong to my beloved daughter Lemirah Gray Salee and her bodily heirs and no body else. 4 I give and bequeath to my beloved sons and daughters here after named not one cent. Tho Gray, Harrison Gray, Joel Gray, Willis Gray, Terrell Gray, Elizabeth McBride, Susanah Walker, Patsey Spencer and Sally McBride. 5th I do hereby constitute and appoint my beloved friend Constant Gray my executor to this my last will and Testament.
