| Will share info. on Martins researched in our book "MARTINS OF MOORETOWN, Descendants of George of Salisbury, Mass., into NH, ME and VT." The genealogy report given here is a brief abstract of the book, which contains over 250 pages. Looking for descendants of Elizabeth Mahan and Benjamin Wilson, and their son "Ben," or "John" Wilson, of the Charlton, Mass. area. Also from their daughter Emily Wilson, who married William Jackson. They lived in Charlton and Taftville, Ct., had daughters who attended Hartford School for the Deaf. We are searching also for Elizabeth's descendants from her 2d spouse, Peter Heney, or Henry, and son William Francis Heney. Looking for ancestors of Garrett Barry, born 1838 in Tralee, Co. Aberdortney Par.,Ireland, m. Jane Looney, 2d in England to Anne Doyle. He was a drill sergeant. Children listed in 1881 census of Birnley, Lanca., UK. (See Garrett Barry Report) Searching for parents of Annie (Doyle) Barry, 2d wife of Garrett Barry, born Scarborough, Yorkshire, 1849/50. Early censuses show Annie living with O'Hare family, but maiden name on marriage record lists Jeremiah Doyle as father. |
