HANS REISS of Stein-Bockenheim, born about 1575; recorded, according to Schott, 15 Sept. 1652 as holding land at Stein-Bockenheim and in that year fined because his workers drove a plough into an orchard; Schott claimed Hans was burgomaster 1654; married MARGARETE died about 1652.
