L.Marotz family home page

I am researching the Marotz family. My Great Grandfather was Charles Marotz, born May 20,1863 in "Dombrone"(not sure of spelling) Pruessia and died December 23,1958 in Pine City, Minnesota.
From family stories my Gr.Grandfather was quite a wanderer and lived in many different states, including Minnesota, Arkansas, and South Dakota. Charles Marotz was married to Anna Glocksien and had 10 children. The oldest was my Grandfather,August, who was born in LeSeur County, Minnesota. August married Louise Miller and they had 7 children. They settled in Codington County, South Dakota and some of their children and families still live in Watertown, South Dakota.
