My line of the MARBERRY family settled in Lafayette Co., Mississippi, in abt. 1850. Prior to this time, my MARBERRY line was concentrated in Henry Co., Tennessee. There are many variations concerning the spelling of this surname, even among members of the same family group. Some of the different spellings are: Marbury, Marbery, Marbrey, and Marbry.
