Notes for JOHN MCCURRY:
A family bible states that Edward's parents were John McCurry and Lydia Williams. Some believe that John was the son of Lachlin McCurry but that has not been documented to my knowledge.That has been assumed for purpose of this tree but may have to be revised when more information is found.

Children of JOHN MCCURRY and LYDIA WILLIAMS are:

	i.	SAMUEL⁵ MCCURRY.
2.	ii.	EDWARD MCCURRY, b. 1790, Kentucky.
	iii.	SAMUEL MCCURRY, m. REBECCA SIMONS, September 07, 1809.
	iv.	SIMON MCCURRY.
	v.	WILLIAM MCCURRY¹, b. 1794, North Carolina; d. March 02, 1814.

Served in Capt. Thomas L, Butler's Company along with brother Edward, Died 3/2/1814
