| My Great Grandparent's were Martin and Maria Canavan. They had 11 Children and only Five of them lived.Maria Canavan's Daughter Mary Married James J Devers in 1919.James and mary Devers are my grandparent's. James was in the Connaught Rangers,he was based in Solon "India".I have to say that I am very proud of my grandfather james.I became very interested in searching for my Ancestors when my Late mother told me about my grand Aunts Uncles and most of all about her father been in the Connaught Rangers. |
