I am researching the MATTHEWS family with roots in the English Midlands, Walsall, Stafford, Evesham and Worcester.
The North American branch of the family began with the emigration of Walter Edwin MATTHEWS
from Walsall, England to Walnut Grove, Nebraska in 1893.
