Martin ROTHECKER b 11/22/1880 in Kendel, Russia. His parents were also of German descent. His father Anton ? died before he was born. His mother Theresa RICHTER died giving birth. He was reared by his paternal grandparents. He and Grandmother met, married, & lived in ND.
