"The Matheson Family...Ontario, Canada"

I am researching the Matheson Family. I have gone back as far as Charles John Matheson, born on February 10, 1883, died on February 17, 1968. His wife was Annie Hughena MacArthur, born on May 2, 1895, died on Auguest 8, 1966.

I know that the family goes back to Scotland somewhere, but I can't seem to go back any further than I have now.

I would greatly appreciate it if any one can give me any further information on the Matheson family.
