The Lenover Family Home Page

I have been working on the Lenover Family Tree for about 10 years. My GGGG Grandfather was John Lenover from Pennsylvania. He came from there through Ohio, Indiana and then settled in Illinois. From Pennsylvania John, and his siblings and children went to several different areas of the U.S. and Canada. It has been noted on several occasions that the Lenover family is of Pennsylvania Dutch origin. It has taken many years and lots of work to compile the 11 different LENOVER trees that I am currently working on. I believe that they all belong in one tree, and with the help of other researchers, I hope to one day put this all together.
My particular branch is from Illinois. I am in contact with other branches from Indiana, Florida, Canada, and Colorado.
We all work together to make sure that the information is all correct to the best of our knowledge.
I hope to have a complete list of all the surnames in the trees that I have. Which can help even more people. I am new at this so as you visit my page please be patient and I will try to make this a good page with time and knowledge. Bear with me!!
