This is the Caprio Family monument at Holy Cross Cemetery in Malden, MA.
If you go in the main gate, and go to the main building, go past it and out, across the road to the adjacent part of the cemetery. St. Bridget St. is the 1st parallel street to the main road.
The Caprio monument is on the south corner of St. Bridget, and St. Colunbkille. (Row 12 of St. Bridget St. South.
