Southern Pioneers

During my research I have had the privilege of meeting several of my family members for the first time. I have spent countless hours getting to know them and reminiscing about years and events long forgotten. I also visited the Hall homeplace which still stands in Green Cove Springs, Florida. Some of the family members I visited could no longer tell me their stories; however, the inscriptions on their tombstones told a story about their lives. One thing I learned is that we all have a story to tell. Sometimes all we need is someone willing to listen.
