I am researching my family tree and am looking for information on Sherrard, Hellier, Williams, Potter, Armistead, May. My research will initially be Australian based but I will extend it to trace ancestors who I believe are from Oxford, England.
My main work is based on the life of my father Herbert Alfred Norman Williams born in Carlton, Victoria in 1898 and who died in Cheltenham in 1981. Any one who knew him in his childhood or worked with him in his capacity of Health Inspector from 1934 - 1968 in Donald, St Arnauld or Rochester areas in Victoria or as a bookbinder with Angus & Robertson in Sydney in 1918 or as a painter from 1919 - 1933 with General Motors please forward any information you are willing to share.
