Frank Mayer Family Home Page

I am researching information on the Mayer and Reeder families. John Mayer came to the U.S. about 1850 from Germany, give or take a couple of years. He worked a farm betweed Elkton and Chesapeake City, Cecil Co., Maryland in an area called "Frogtown". He died in Philadelphia on May 22, 1908 at the age of 78 and is buried in Elkton, Md. He may have had a brother who came with him to the U.S. I would like to share any information in my files, any additional information would be appreciated.
