      3. Ella May Kemp, born December 06, 1872 in Syracuse, N.Y.*+; died July 04, 1954 in Philadelphia, Pa. She was the daughter of 6. Charles William Kemp and 7. Emily G. Shoudy.

STEWART UNKLES, BROKER, DIES

Stewart Unkles, a flour and grain broker with offices in the Philadelphia Bourse for 30 years, died Sunday in the Chestnut Hill Hospital. He was 78.
Mr. Unkles, who lived at 102 W. Chestnut Hill ave., was a director of the Bource for many years. He was a member of the Commercial Exchange; a former trustee of the First Methodist Church of Germantown; a past high priest of the Royal Arch Chapter 208; past commander of the Germantown Commandry 82, Knights Templars, and a member of Lulu Temple.
He is survived by his wife, the former Ella M. Kemp; a daughter, Mrs. Henry F. Page, of Chestnut Hill, and two grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 2 P. M. Thursday at the First Methodist Church of Germantown. Germantown ave. and High st. Burial will be private.

OBITUARY: MRS. E. M. UNKLES---PHILADELPHIA INQUIRER-- JULY,-,1954

Mrs. E. M. Unkles, widow of Stewart R. Unkles, died suddenly July 4 at the home of her son-in-law and daughter, Dr. and Mrs. Henry F. Page, 102 W. Chestnut Hill Ave., Chestnut Hill.

A native of Syracuse, N. Y., Mrs. Unkles had been a resident of Germantown for approximately 50 years. She was active in the work of the First Methodist Church of Germantown, was a past president of the Hospital Auxillary of the church and was a member of its Women's Society of Christian Service.

Mrs. Unkles was also a past president of the Women's Auxillary, Germantown Commandery No 82, F. & A. M.

Services were held July 7 at the Turner Memorial Chapel of the First Methodist Church. Interment was private.

STEWART R. UNKLES

Stewart R. Unkles, a divisional sales manager for the Cudahy Packing Co., 9th st. and Girard ave., for more than 32 years, died Monday at his home, 6248 Magnolia ave. He was 55.
Mr. Unkles was a veteran of the First World War. He was a Mason and a member of University Lodge 610, F. and A. M., and the First Methodist Church in Germantown.
Surviving are his wife, Anna Kimball; a son, Stewart R., Jr.; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Stewart Unkles and a sister, Mrs. Henry F. Page. Funeral services will be held at 2 P.M. tomorrow in the Turner Memorial Chapel of the First Methodist Church, Germantown ave. and High st. Burial will be in Hillside Cemetery, Roslyn.
