The Thomas H Mason family of Superior Wisconsin

The Thomas Mason family and his wife Alice Jane Haney originally came from the Toronto Canada area, specifically Whitby, Brookline Village and Oshawa, Ontario, Canada and then migrated to North Dakota and then finally settled in Superior Wisconsin. Their migration to the United States took place in the late 19th century.

He had six brothers and sisters; William, Ellen, Margaret, George, Andrew and James. These brothers and sisters were born from 1847 to 1863. Some may have been born in Aberdeen, Scotland.

His parents, Thomas Henry Mason and Margaret Adamswere born in Aberdeen, Scotland.

My Grandmother Alice Jane was born in Toronto May 17, 1862. Her family came from Northern Ireland. Her siblings were Trudy, Maude, Ida, Fannie and Albert. A relative named Lillian Haney
married a Richard Whereley.

Her parents were Henry Haney and Anna Shepard. Her Grandmother may have been Helen Haney.

Someone in the family either owned or managed a department store in Toronto in the late 19th century.
