I am researching the Mayes family. Robert John Mayes was born in 1872 somewhere in England. He married Elizabeth Ann Thomas Nov.10,1895 in Everton, Liverpool, England. They had 1 son, RobertThomas. Elizabeth died in 1903. Robert then married her sister Martha. They had 2 children, Wilfred Leonard and Constance. Martha died in 1917.I am also researching the family of Frederick Floyd, also born in England He came to Canada during the late 1920's. he married Amy Sarah Manktelow in 1933 or 1934. Had 1 brother who came to Canada and settled around Winnipeg, Manitoba.
I am looking for ways to locate ancesters of both families. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
