im new to geneology and am wanting to look into my family line of mayman.
i have traced the mayman line back to my great great grandfather,edward, to york in 1865 he married elizabeth warren from stranrar scotland.

edward was born on the 18th of march 1865--his parents names are as of yet unknown.

elizabeth was born on 4th october 1866 in stranrar scotland.

her parents were named david warren and euphemia mckie.

their dates and places of birth are unknown.

any help in tracing this further back would be greatly appreciated
