I am researching the decendents and ancestors of the following people:Elijah Mayfield (1792 - 185?) and Amelia Gillaspie of SC/TN. They were married in Williamson Co., TN in 1816. One of their sons, James Pinkney Mayfield, married Nancy Emiline Brown in Maury Co., TN in 1849. They moved to Lamar Co., TX in 1870. Some other related surnames include: Arnold and Smith. I am also researching Andrew Jackson Burns (1830 - 1909) and Sarah Sally Harrison of KY/AR. Sarah was his second wife. They were married in Estill Co., KY 10 March 1872.
