| I have been researching my family off and on for a few years now. There have been many twists, turns and very surprising events that have happened. My mother and I had a reunion with her birth siblings awhile back. That was thanks to the genealogy message boards and getting an email from a gentleman who had found many items relating to the Napier family dumped into a trash dumpster. He saved the items knowing that someone some where may be looking for these treasures. (Thanks RICK!!!!) A couple of years ago my mom and I found her brothers and sisters. We got together here in Arlington, Texas for a few days and got to know each other a little bit. Now with their help I am going to add this newly discovered family to my tree and make a new one. Finding my mom's siblings are a direct result of the geneolagy we have worked on and just proves how valuable this research is and how precious family is, even if it is spanned across the world and many different adoptive families. I hope that something here helps you with your search and am always more than happy to share and exchange information. If you have any questions or have something that may help me; Please feel free to contact me. Many thanks and good luck in your search. |
