| The McConomy's have been researching their family roots for many years. It's a long and arduous task, but extremely rewarding. This site has become the definitive site for the McConomy's. As you will see, both the "Canadian" McConomy's and "American" McConomy's have traced back to about the mid 1800's. Throughout this effort, many have learnt that they"are not alone", and that many McConomy families exist all over the world. All are welcome to share what information we have, share their information, and hopefully we can link the North American McConomy's together, by finding that elusive link back to the homeland.
