Jim Sulzmann and Frank Sulzmann served as altar boys at the wedding Mass, and the rehearsal dinner was held at Dr. John Sulzman's house on Pawling Avenue the night before. There was a severe storm that evening during the meal, and a large tree branch was struck by lightening, fell on top of Rose Sulzman McColl's station wagon out front and totalled it!! The poor car had to be towed away
