"It is observed in Land Records of Huntingdon Co., Pennsylvania, . 299, that the deed recorded Nov. 5, 1811,, from Conrad Brumbaugh to Jacob Brumbaugh of Woodbury Twp., Huntingdon Co., Pennsylvania, is unsigned by a wife. It conveys his property 'east of Tussey's Mt.' for a consideration of $20--no size or other description is given--evidently about the time of his removal to OH.
