Ollie was raised by his grandfather and step grandmother Culver pictured. They lived in West Virginia. Ollie was born in 1887 and served in the Army from 1906 to 1940, was an ROTC instructor, chief guard at the airport WWII and a WV State Trooper. He married Leah Dodder and they raised seven children. They retired in Arizona.
