Putnam County | I Christopher Bustin of the State and county
aforesaid being of advanced age and knowing that I must
shortly this life deem it right and proper both as regard my family and
myself that I should make a disposition of the property which God has
blessed me with, do therefore make & ordain this my last will & testament
hereby revoking all others heretofore made be me.

Item 1 I desire and direct that my body be buried in a decent manner
suitable to my circumstances and condition in life.

Item 2 I desire and direct that all my just debts be paid without delay
by my executor hereinafter appointed as I am unwilling my creditors should
be delayed in their rights as there is no necessity for delay.

Item 3 I desire & direct that all my property be sold both real &
personal, stock of all kinds, household & kitchen furniture, I have heretofore
given to my son William Bustin four hundred dollars & to James Bustin four hundred dollars, Alfred Simmons four hundred dollars Benjamin Bustin four hundred dollars, Joseph Bustin one hundred & fifty dollars, James Bryant one hundred dollars, Elizabeth Dupree one hundred dollars Thomas Bustin one hundred dollars. When these last named children shall have recd each of them the sum of four hundred dollars then I desire & direct that there shall be an equal division of all the remainder of my estate share & share alike between all my children to be paid to them at as early a day as possible by my executor.
