Notes for David Jr. Abel: OBITUARY DAVID ABEL JR. DONNELLSON - Funeral services for David Abel , 96, of Donnellson, will be at 1 P.M. Sunday at the Hofbauer Funeral Home in Donnellson. The rev. Timothy Rhodes will officiate. Burial will be at the Evangelical cemetery, Donnellson. Mr. Abel died at 8:15 A.M. Friday Jan. 6, 1984 at Donnellson Manor Care Center. He was born Aug. 4, 1887, at Franklin. He was a farmer by occupation and was a member of the Donnellson Presbyterian church. He was also a long time member of the Donnellson Lions Club. On Dec. 21, 1911, in Donnellson, he married Laura M. Fett, who preceded him in death. Surviving is a brother, Leroy Abel of Donnellson. Besides his wife, he was preceded in death by five brothers and three sisters. His parents where David and Kathryn Graulich Abel.
