Agness Bolton was born 1729 in North Ireland, and died September 03, 1806 in Middleton, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania. She married Adam Ritchey, son of James Ritchey and Elizabeth Unknown.
Notes for Agness Bolton: The following was given to Janalee Garn by Myrna Ritchey Lether, 4/2002:
WILL: Iantha Baker wrote "Clarification of Name of Wife of Immigrant Ancestor Adam Ritchey," dated August 10, 1970. She evidently had a photocopy of the "Inventory of the Estate of AGNESS RITCHEY, deceased, the widow of Adam Ritchey late of Middleton Township." The document was evidently in the handwriting of Edward O'Hail, son-in-law of Adam Ritchey and Executor of his estate and of the widow's estate. The inventory mentions "cloth material, etc., claimed by "her daughter, Jane." It mentions "The Rent of Her Real Estate during her widowhood Viz from the 10th September 1804 to the 2nd of September 1806, bequeathed to her by her husband in his Last Will & Testament." "Also Fifty pounds out of her husband's Real Estate Bequeathed to her by her husband in the said Will." This is on file in the courthouse in Carlisle, PA. Info from Janalee Garn, 5/2002
