Philip Norris (son of Richard Francis Norris and Sadie Leona Van Alstine) was born November 13, 1937 in Lewis County Gen. Hosp, Lowville, NY, and died June 4, 1949 in Lyons Falls, N.Y. (Dock Street).
Notes for Philip Norris: Phillip drown in the Black River near to the house. While riding a raft with a neighborhood friend, he fell off the raft. He did not know how to swim. My father found him with a fish pole hours later while several people were helping with the search.
