My g-grandfather, William Alexander Reid, born in New York in 1837. A Grocer, he died in 1923 in Woodstock, Ontario, Canada. His parents, Elizabeth Alexander and John Reid were married in Nairn, Nairn, Scotland on December 10, 1829.
