The McDanel Family Home Page

I am researching decendants of Archibald (Archibold) McDanel who first appears in marriage records from the Old Swedes Church, Delaware. He was married too a woman by the name of Rachel (no last name). Know nothing about brothers or sisters or if there was any. Do know that there was definitly 1 son William which can be traced to present day. Have been trying to put together all branches of the family from Archibald but alot of information is vague. This is a very large family and definitly has a lot of history in it. I have found links to the Mcdanel name in Delaware, Penn., Ohio, Indiana, New York, Iowa, Missouri, Kansas, Texas, Calif., Idaho, Colorado, Tenn., Kentucky, N.Dakota, Montana, Florida, and possibly the Carolinas just to name a few. I have used family records, naturally Family tree Maker, the LDS website, other family sources, and the internet in general to locate most of this information.

In addition I am also interested in the names Hazen, Hobart, Dudley, Sutton, Bradstreet, Fenton, Reinhart, Morgan, Clark, Leedom, Luckett, Keller, Van Dorn, and Pollock. These names are tied in deeply with the McDanel name and play a very important role in the history of McDanel family.
