Mary Nummer McDuffey and Harry McDuffey-formerly of MI

We have researched my mother's paternal grandparents, and have went back as far as Samuel Augustus Gould, and Katy Willard Porter. We have found Katy's ancestors, including Porters, Wetherbees, Willards,Whitcombs, Haskells, and Halls. We have not been able to prove anything beyond Samuel Augustus on the Goulds. My mother's mother was a Lahre(Lare).
On my father's side, we have went back a few generations on the Nummers, Wirths, Guenthers, and Reins, tracing them back to Germany.
My husband's parents were Joseph McDuffey and Etta Vaughn. We have traced the McDuffeys back a couple of generations and the Vaughns back many, including the Martins, Neals, and Greens. Susie Green was a sister to Gardner Green.
