I have for sometime been researching our family history and would be happy to exchange information relateing to anyone researching our family's McEvilly and Sands. We know the McEvilly's originated in County Mayo in Ireland and many settled in England, my husbands imediate family mainly in Northumberland and Durham. We ourselves Migrated from England in 1965 to Australia. The Sands family on my own line are from Ayrshire, Argyle and Dumbartonshire in Scotland.
