The early families came to American from Ireland, England, Bohemia and Moravia and lived in Pennsylvania, Virginia, North Carolina, Tennessee, Missouri, Georgia, Arkansas, Texas, Oklahoma, Kentucky, Indiana, Illinois, Kansas, Washington, Iowa, Nebraska. Those arriving from Ireland came in the early 1700s and those from Bohemia and Moravia came in the 1860s and 1880s.
