Currently researching the following names: McINNES, MacINNES, BEATON, CAMPBELL, DELORME, TOURANGEAU, SANDERSON, MERCREDI, LAFFERTY, WIEDEMANN, WISNIEWSKI, PILON My gggrandparents Martin McInnes (MacInnes) and Isabella Campbell immigrated to Bruce County, Ontario in 1851 from Scotland. They settled in the Lucknow area. My Grandfather Finlay McInnes married Marie Delia Pilon who was born in Grenville, Quebec. The Metis side of my family were Delorme, Tourangeau and Sanderson and they settled on the Prairies and eventually migrated to the Northwest Territories. I am willing to share any and all information. |
