| I am looking for two sides - my father's, John Benjamin NUTT, Jr. (his father was Sr.), and my grandmother's, Allie R. JOYCE Nutt (Sr.'s wife & Jr.'s mother). We know a lot about Allie's side, she goes into GILMERS, DALTONS, FRANKLINS & MOORES, all around Mt. Airy, NC & Southern Virginia. The Nutts are more obscure...JBN Sr. was the eldest son of RICHARD TURNER NUTT, a Methodist missionary, whose youngest child, Margaret "Maggie" Nutt was also a missionary, but died young. They are commemorated in a large stained-glass window in the Methodist Church in Mt. Airy. I am also seeking info on WILLIAM CORNELIUS MCINTYRE b. 7/3/1916?, from eastern Pennsylvania, flew carrier jets during WWII and Korea, married Myrtle E. Optiz. I would also be interested in any information regarding ARTHUR CASPAR ROMER and DOROTHEA ANNA WEBER, from New YOrk City. I would be happy to share any of my information, also. |
