When 7 yrs old family moved from Ill to 3 mi e of Stromsburg, her sister Mabel Hernbloom made a Crone book in 1870, I had 4 bro and 4 sis my granparent had purchased the land and my parents bought it from them, I was 6 wks old when we came. We lived in the granary for a while until the house was finished. We had plenty of food, I went to one chool Blue View 3 mi walk, drove 18 mil to church
