These are descendants of Jonathan McKiddy and Christiana "China" Rose. This branch is mostly located today in Dallas and East Texas areas. The first of these McKiddys to come to Texas was Elias, the son of Jonathan and China. Some of the Family that went with him on this journey was his son Noah and his grandson Claude. The children of Claude were some of the first McKiddys to be born in Texas. |
