The Edna Powell - McKenzie Family Page

I am researching the following surnames:
Powell, Moses A. from (AR MS KY SC TN GA areas)He was married to Elvira Elizabeth Carpenter about 1880 He died before 1900. I need to know who his father was. I believe it was a Charles Powell but have no confirmation. Moses was my gr. grandfather.

Gordon,Alexander AR TN GA MS areas ABT 1760 I have information
regarding his military service in the Revolutionary War. I obtained this from a distant cousin in Texas. We are both searching for information prior to the above date.

McKenzie, Charles Finnan Canada abt1870. His parents immigrated from Scotland. I would like to know how to find out who they were and or how to obtain this information.
