I am tracing back both mine and my husbands families. I can go: on my fathers side Eugene Neil Piersol born 1878 in WA, Married to Lottie Campell in 1879. I know that Lottie's mothers name was Thompson.
I can also go back to John Clarke born abt. 1503 in Finningham, Suffolk, England; his wife Margaret.
I also have William Kerrich born abt. 1420 Saxsted,Suffolk,Eng.

My Mother side: back to James Lee Nix B.1852 spouse Mary Elizabeth Mayfield. and William E. Davis spouse Mary Jane Williams, B.1855 and William David McGnnes spouse Sarah Elizabeth Reynolds.

My Husbands family: I can get back as far as James Calbert Sexton, spouse Anne Jean Luker. with James Hartford Womble, spouse Catherine Dougherty.

on his mothers side: Eugene Vatcher 1875 New Foundland spouse Emma Hanna Kiezer 1885 Prince Edward Island. with her parents James Lawson Kiezer spouse Rebecca Buck.

I have been able to find over 800 ancestors and I am still looking for more.
