I think this is just a mirror picture of Elizabeth Osborn Bays Friend. Elizabeth may be the daughter of William and Ruth Osborn Bays of Floyd County Kentucky (married in Scott County) or she may be of the Osburn family that migrated to Tahlequah. I would love to add her information to the rest of my Eastern Kentucky genealogy information.
