Howard McKinley was born in Waynesville, Ohio in 1946. He married Mary Jo Hollon born in Cincinnati, Ohio in 1948. They
married April 20, 1968. Children: Shawn David b.1969 married
Judy Louise McNulty b.1965; Children: Patrick Alan, Ryan Lloyd,
and Meagan Rhiann.
Audrey Rhiannon b.1974 married Nathan Howell b. 1973, no children.
