I am a direct descendant of Charles Gendron/Gendreau/Johndrow.As you can see, there are many,
MANY, spellings of Johndrow.
These three are the most common.
I haven't been able to continue
my search any further than Charles
who married Cecile' Landry.
I have been told it is possible
Charles may have gone by the
name of Eugene Charles and
Cecile' may have been known as
Cessarie. My Johndrow line has
associated surnames of Bailey,
Masta(w), LaCaille/LaCoy,
Bonneau/Boissoneau, Gordon, Godin,
Gauvin, Landry (other than Cecile'),
Laine', Carpentier, St.
Peirre...and others I can't remember
right this minute. This Johndrow line
lived on Sugar Island, Chippewa County,
Michigan in the mid-late 1800's.
Please feel free to browse
our tree, and please do contact me if
we have family in common. I have more
information I have chosen not to put on
the internet that I will share willingly....
Charles Gendron /Gendreau /Johndrow
