Col. Thomas Ray Hamer, Jr. (1864-1951) was Military Governor in the Philippines and Congressman from Idaho, and later, lawyer on the West Coast. He was the son of Col. Thomas Ray Hamer and Harriet Johnson. He was married to Blanche Kirkbride. He was a cousin of Hugh Hamer and General Thomas L. Hamer, often called nephew.
