The Becks and Bryants

I'm hoping Mom will take over once she sees how interesting this is. [Note: Updated December 2006 - Rick and I divorced in Nov 2005, so I am back to using Beck for my last name. And, sadly, mom (Donna Bryant Beck) died in Sept 2003].

One of the first questions I have is: Albert Reed Prince and his wife died on the same day, August 5, 1916. What happened? Were they in an accident of some kind?
