This homepage contains the research of Steve MCNUTT of Boise, Idaho. I started out with a basic search on my surname and the rest is literally...history!

My Grandfather, Clarence Jay MCNUTT, was born in Custer, SD in 1906. His father, Harry Oatly MCNUTT, was born in Burr Oak, KS in 1884 and married Jessie PORTER about 1903. These have been my primary focus for data so I can search backwards from there.

Along with the above reasearch, I have been finding all kinds of info on my Mom's side, SHEPLER. Her Dad was Lewis Erwin SHEPLER born in 1905 in Golden City, MO. His Dad Albert Wakefield SHEPLER born in 1869 in Huntingdon, PA.

I have also been gleaning bits of data on these other names, all of which appear in my tree at some point. My GEDCOM has grown to over 1700 individuals with a lot more new surnames. If you don't see it here, try the Rootsweb link below and search my uploaded GEDCOM.

BAKER, BANKS, BOYD, BRADY, BROUGH, BROWN, CLARE, COLLINGWOOD, CORVERT, COULSON, DAGEL, DOTY, DRAPER, DUNHAM, ETHEL, FARRELL, FULLER, HASSLER, HENDRIX, HOUGH, KENTNER, LASSIER, LEPLEY, MACE, MANSKER, MARQUIS, MATHEWS, MATTOX, MCMASTER, MCNUTT, MORTON, OVERHALT, PETERSON, PORTER, RIDDICK, RYAN, SHEPLER, SINGER, SKINNER, SPRAGUE, STUART, VAN DE KOP, WADE, WAKEFIELD, WILSON, WYGLE.

If anyone happens across these pages in their quest for roots and finds something of interest, maybe we can swap info. Don't hesitate to email me for questions or data.

Have fun in your search and have a GREAT day!
Steve MCNUTT
