My great grandfather, John Franklin Meek(s), believed to be born in Ohio and moved to Indiana, added the "s" to our family name somtime in the early 192x's. My Dad's, James Robert Meek(s),birth certificate doesn't have the "s" on it, but he never new it with out the "s". The primary lines that I'm working the most are the Meek(s) and Beckner. I'm more than willing to share any information with anybody and would like any help from anbody. | |
