Washington P. Goodwin and Malinda Goodwin. Contract. Indenture made between Washington P. Goodwin one part and Benjamin Merrett on behalf of his sister Malinda Goodwin other part, all of Bedford, Co., TN. Washington P. Goodwin having lately intermarried, and by marriage Washington P. Goodwin became owner of all the personal property belonging to Malinda before her marriage, consisting of a negro woman Ailsey and other property. W.P. and Malinda has mutually agreed to live together and apart also agreed to share all property. Reg. 11 June 1846
