CONVERS/CONVERSE, EWALD, HITE, HART, KIRBY, LEAR, LEGRAND,
LEWIS, MERCHANT, PRIDE, RILEY, RUTGER, SECTER, TURNER,
WILLIAMSON and WROE.

CONVERS/CONVERSE back to England, 1540; HITE back to Germany, 1685; KIRBY information back to 1810; LEAR back to Germany, 1806; MERCHANT back to England, 1795; RUTGER information back to 1833.

I have several photo's of my ex-husband's ancestors. Some are group pictures (with not everyone identified) and some are portrait type pictures with identification.

You will find the complete bible transcription for Edward & Jane KIRBY along with a complete bible transcription for a HITE bible (I am not sure as to which Hite this bible belonged to). You also find transcriptions from pages of 3 bibles for Wm. S. RUTGER, George & Marget HITE and Andrew HITE & Sara NEIBERGER.

Amongst these transcribed bible entries, you will find the following surnames:
CHASTEEN, COBOURN, FERGUSON, GREEN, HART, HITE, KIRBY,
LEGRAND, LUCE, NEIBERGER, NIBERGER, REDMON, RUTGER,
STEVENSONS, TURNER, WHALEN, WILLIAMS and WILLIAMSON.

You will find the History: Zion Hill (Paradise) Methodist Church. This is an outline that I have obtained from the estate of Margaret (Hite) Strader. I do not know of
the author, but it was written August 28, 1955. This outline also contains a list of preachers that had served the Paradise-Zion Hill Church from 1853 till 1953.

There is a book online for Marty and I. For the most part, it contains Marty's family. Prior to our divorce, I had concentrated a lot of time and research to his family ancestors. I find them very interesting and plan to continue my research on Marty's family line. Also, I have not ignored my ancestors... I just havn't taken the time to enter them into the computer. There is a lot of them!! I am almost to the point of drowning in information that needs to be inputed into the computer!

So, for now... HAPPY HUNTING.
